Watershed Mills to open at Port of Skagit

Great news bread lovers!  We attended the opening party of Watershed Mills last week as they put the finishing touches on a beautiful mill which will begin operation soon.  A collaboration by Kevin Morse and Tom Hunton of Camas Flour Mill, the mill will focus on procuring local Skagit Valley Wheat bred for flavor and nutrition, perfect for artisan bread making!  Watershed Mills is located in the Port of Skagit and plans to distribute their flour to regional grocers and wholesalers.  Stay tuned!
