Favorite bakery in PNW. Anytime I find myself traveling within 30 minutes of the place, I stop by. Baguette, Rye, pastries ... All exceptional.

It’s a must stop if you’re in the area. Great tasting pastries and breads. This time, we bought our usual Baguette, then breakfast danish and almond bostok! Delicious!

This bakery ought to receive awards. The breads and pastries are out of this world. I have lived and traveled the world to try goods from hundreds of bakeries. I'm an avid home-baker and appreciate great bread and pastry. This is the best bakery in Western Washington, in my opinion. I cannot get enough of it. I should mention that the staff is very attentive, highly knowledgeable and a joy to talk to.

Cute little bakery in the cute little town of Edison! Their pastries were so flavourful that I could not stop eating them. Wish I had bought more! I particularly liked the Gateaux Basque…was so yummy.

Was driving by and saw that this place was open. Walked in and was blown away. First the lady greeted us and was very polite and nice. The amount of variety is very good from savory to sweet. When I asked about the freshness the reply was they just came out of the oven in the morning. I could barely resist of not taking one of each. When I got in my car and tried the first pastry it was fresh like promised and very tasty and good. Oh by the way they only had drip coffee, but it was very very good. Definitely coming back and always on my stop list in Edison.

Probably the best croissant I have ever had. Had this place on my list after reading The Third Plate by Dan Barber 😅 It didn't disappoint, their breads are fresh and delicious.

The food is divine. I had the potato leek and the breakfast danishes and also got an olive loaf to go. These might be the best pastries I've had in my life!

The baked goods here are fantastic. From rustic breads that belong on the cover of magazines or some insta model's reel page to pastries that some celebrity chef would drool over this place delivers. The smell when walking in will capture your lizard brain cravings for fats and carbs immediately. The staff was helpful and gave recommendations based on their own preferences and was willing to explain what each offering was and its ingredients. We will be going again. It makes for a fantastic destination for a weekend morning drive for a breakfast date with the lady. Parking is abysmal so exercise some patience.

The best bread in the PNW, probably one of the best in the country! The Miche is a masterpiece!

This place is quaint and delightful! The staff were pleasant to talk to, and while I didn't get any baguettes (they were sold out), the potato bread we got was wonderful when we paired it with some local cheeses from down the road! The sweet treats were so good! I would travel back just for that blueberry tart all over again!

A truly exceptional bakery that reminds me that not all bread is created equal. The DIY pizza dough and supplies made for a delicious meal, and the graham crackers I picked up were so delicious. I will be thinking about the treats I got from here for a long time.

We love their baguettes, fresh loaves of bread, they have different fruit danishes throughout the year. My favorite was the Apple Cardamom. It's a must stop every time we drive north I-5.

Spectacular baked goods. The Samish River Potato is deeply enjoyable in a way that lighter styles of bread typically are not. The incredible Kouign Amann is the best you can find on the west coast (at least north of San Francisco).

Online preorders open at 7am, and are both convenient and highly recommended as they’re usually sold out of most things by end of day.

My absolute favorite bread! Samish Potato bread! Run & owned by amazing humans that you feel good supporting, and have endearing policies like trading pieces of art/writing/performance for bits of their sourdough starter- you know they are giving back and creating a beautiful world for us all to live in.

Best savory pastry I've ever had. It has a rich flavor, but a delicate construction. The breakfast ham and pesto harmonize into a marvelous crescendo in your mouth. And the fresh herbs bring it to a whole 'notha level.

I always wondered where the expression omg came from. Now I know. try one of bread farms bakewell tarts and you'll understand. Just visited the area and happened upon Edison and tried their pastries and I was back every day. Still enjoying their shortbread cookies at home and now looking into mail order. Don't miss this place it is excellent.

This is a must stop when visiting northern Washington! Bread and pastries are fantastic, but strangely enough we stock up on their hamburger buns :)
