TAKE~N~BAKE Chocolate Chip Cookies

We're happy to finally have cookie dough for you to bake at home.  In our opinion, this is the absolute best chocolate chip cookie dough around.  Made with 100% whole wheat pastry flour from Fairhaven Mills and studded with both dark chocolate chips and shaved chocolate. 

Set dough at room temp for 30-45 minutes to soften.

Pre-heat oven to 325.

Portion cookies with scoop or spoon to desired size.  We use the the .75oz portion scoop and get ~12-15 cookies per container.  

Line a cookie sheet with parchment and place on sheet.

Bake at 325 for 12-14 minutes and enjoy!
