The Breadfarm Mill Project: Post #1

You heard it here first folks! We're downsizing our wholesale production and staff in an effort to free up some space in our crammed bakery as we look to incorporate the stone mill Scott built at The Grain Gathering in 2015.  As the local grain economy continues to grow, we're excited to be making this step with working directly with farmers to procure grain, mill fresh, wholesome flours and incorporate them into our existing bread formulas.  We hope to begin renovations in early 2017 and begin milling flour by early summer.  Stay tuned!
