NEW BREAD LAUNCH!

Woot Woot!  We're super stoked to have a new line up of naturally leavened breads available daily featuring house-milled local Skagit wheat.  This dough in inspired by the french trend of "respectus panis" encompassing a long fermentation with no refridgeration.  We decided to make ours naturally leavened with sourdough and a just a touch of yeast to enhance texture and perform with the long fermentation. 

Our "rustic baguette" is out of the oven daily at 10am so you can peruse the streets of Edison munching on a warm loaf and reminisce your days exploring Paris.    

The Edison Table loaf is a delicious bread with delicate interior crumb and thin crispy crust.  Enjoy it as a sandwich, dipped in soup, with appetizers or just rip a chunk off.

The Black Olive Batard is the same delicious dough studded with oil-cured Moroccan black olives making it a perfect accompaniment for pasta, dinner, grilled salmon or salami and cheese.
