Ch…Ch…Ch…Changes for summer!!

Happy to be able to have a retail staff meeting in person and without masks.  Look at all these lovely faces!!  

We’re excited to enhance your experience here at Breadfarm this summer.  Here’s some of the exciting changes in the pipeline.
We intend to stay with our alley window for now.  Will be installing a new window in the next week or two (one for ordering, one for pick up), adding exterior menu boards (with pictures!), drip coffee!!!

Marlana has been working on development of some tasty afternoon pastry offerings, including Palmiers (sweet or savory), an adaptation of our former Chocolate Bouchon, Fruit Turnovers and a rendition of the famed Gateaux Basque, with local flour, hazelnuts & fruit.  Coming soon…
We’re open daily from 8a-4p.  Remember, inventory is updated daily at 7a.  Ordering is easy!  
1.  Place your order online for same day curbside pick up. 
2. Call us any day after 7:30a and we’ll set your goodies aside. 
3.  Just walk up, anytime before 4p, get whatever we have on a first come first serve basis!
As we enter our 19th year in business in a few weeks, we’re a different bakery than we were before Covid.  We’ve streamlined, simplified, paired down, wised up.  These changes feel more sustainable to Scott and I.  
Some of those some products you loved aren’t coming back.  We flattered at how much y’all loved the Sour Cherry Lemon bread, but making it doesn’t fit in our business model anymore.  The products we make now are going to ALL of our distribution channels; grocery accounts, restaurant accounts, retail shop and the farmers markets!  We’re working on translating some of our discontinued products into recipes for you to try at home.
