Boozy Fruitcake Bar

Inspired from a Tom Douglas cookbook, this boozy, fruity, nutty bar is a breeze to make and share.  We soak organic apricots, dates, figs, cranberries and walnuts in brandy and fold into a delicious spicy fruitcake batter.  Sprinkled with powder sugar, this delicious fruitcake will leave a smile on all those lucky enough to taste it.
