Santa told me last year his favorite flavor combination in a cookie was peppermint and chocolate. We've got no intentions of disappointing him at our house this year. A dark chocolate shortbread with bittersweet chocolate chunks, and a touch of organic peppermint extract make this cookie one of the best on the block.

Rolled in beautiful sparkling sanding sugar and baked to perfection, this cookie measures apx. 1½-1¾” wide. There are 8 cookies per package and a festive seasonal ribbon tie. These cookies have a shelf-life of 12 weeks unopened. Once opened, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
