Danish dough filled with house-made pastry cream and ruby red poached rhubarb (from Ralph’s Greenhouse on the west side of MV), a dash of tart lemon syrup & dusting of powdered sugar!
This pastry rotates fruit seasonally; Rhubarb mid-spring, Blueberry in the summer, and Apple in the fall & winter.
