Mill Update! This past Monday we moved the flour mill into our remodeled milling room at the back of the bakery. With a few minor electrical needs in front of us, we're hoping to be testing it out in the weeks to come. Stay tuned!
We still continue to incorporate the Skagit Yecora Rojo flour into our existing bread formula's with great results. Can't believe how lucky we are to live in this magical place but also, as bakers, to now be able to access regional grain. Thank you to Kevin and the crew at NW Mills for making this dream a reality. Here's to baking and sustaining our economy.
