A naturally leavened Stoneground Wheat with flour from Anita's Flour Mill, in BC. The "Miche" originated in France, traditionally baked in a communal oven, once or twice a week and had great keeping qualities due to its massive 2 kilo size. Great as toast, table bread, topped with cheese, as a sandwich, french toast, you name it! Miche is our go-to bread, moist and delicious! The half loaf is ~2#12oz. 100% ORGANIC
