Buttery, flakey Danish dough filled with house-made pastry cream and local Rhubarb (grown by our friends at Living Rain Farms), drizzled with lemon syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.
This pastry rotates fruit seasonally; Rhubarb in the spring, Blueberry in the summer and Apple in the fall/winter.
