Chocolate Ginger Spice :: COOKIES

An old family favorite of mine, this is THE cookie for lovers of chocolate who aren’t afraid of a little spice. Made with dark chocolate, cocoa powder, candied ginger, and fresh ginger this cookie is rolled in fine sugar before being baked. We originally made this cookie at the bakery as a holiday treat, but it soon became a year-round favorite.
