Danish dough filled with house-made pastry cream and poached ruby red Rhubarb (grown by our farmer friends at Ralph’s Greenhouse) with a drizzle of lemon syrup and sprinkle of powdered sugar!
This pastry rotates fruit seasonally; Rhubarb mid-spring, Blueberry in the summer, Pear in the fall and Apple in the winter.
