We are now accepting applications for an ARTISAN BREAD SHAPER

Interview preference will be given to those with 1+ years of experience, but willing to train the perfect addition to our team.

Breadfarm is located in SKAGIT COUNTY. We are a mid-sized production bakery focused on hand-crafted naturally leavened artisan breads. We source high quality natural and often organic ingredients, including some locally grown and milled flours. Since 2003, our bakery remains dedicated to the quality and integrity of the artisan bread baking processes and creating an environment for our bakers to thrive.

THE HOURS: FULL time position, schedule to be determined, 7-10 hour shifts. Weekends mandatory.

THE DUTIES: Hand-shaping of naturally leavened artisan breads and associated tasks.

YOU: Have proficiency working in a production environment. Are a good communicator, have strong organizational skills, and work well independently and as part of a team. Understand how to work efficiently, multi-task, do simple math quickly, and be clean in your work habits. Work smart, pay attention to details, and care. Can lift 50 pounds regularly and stand on your feet throughout the shift.

COMPENSATION:
$14.50 - 17.00 starting DOE
Free loaf of bread per shift
PTO/Sick accrual
Medical Benefits at 60 days (30+ hr/wk)
401K after 1 year of employment

Must be 18 years + for this position and have a valid health card.
