JOB OPENINGS PRODUCTION: Yes! We are currently hiring an ancillary production assistant. This person will be responsible for making all our sweet and savory pastry dough, as well as packaging all non bread items for resale. You will be responsible for all cracker production, making cookie doughs, brioche dough and baked goods such as dog treats, granola, wonder bars, croutons, etc. It would be great if you have previous pastry experience and commercial kitchen experience. Candidates must be self-starters, be able to work independently, communicate clearly and enjoy a demanding work load. This position will not be cross trained at all on bread production.
