     A day in the life of Breadfarm
JOB OPENINGS

PRODUCTION:
Yes!  We are currently hiring an ancillary production assistant.
 
This person will be responsible for making all our sweet and savory pastry dough, as well as packaging all non bread items for resale.  You will be responsible for all cracker production, making cookie doughs, brioche dough and baked goods such as dog treats, granola, wonder bars, croutons, etc.  It would be great if you have previous pastry experience and commercial kitchen experience.  Candidates must be self-starters, be able to work independently, communicate clearly and enjoy a demanding work load.  This position will not be cross trained at all on bread production.

DELIVERY:

PACKAGING:
Yes!  We are currently hiring a PT night packer. 
This position is responsible for packing, slicing and picking all wholesale and farmers market bread orders.  Candidates must be able to lift 50#, be proficient in math and able to work in fast paced work environment independently.  Shifts available are Monday 10p-2a, Tuesday 10p-2a, Friday 10p-2a and Saturday 10p-2a.
