ORGANIC GRANOLA
Our Granola is made with steel cut oats, a touch of honey and maple syrup, vanilla, almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, sesame seeds, raisins, apricots, ginger, cranberries and coconut.

SIRIUS DOG TREATS
You can't have a bakery, a dog and no treats.  Sirius, our German Shepard loves these.  A sourdough base with whole wheat flour, cornmeal, mint (for their breath) and garlic powder (for bugs).  Gurr....ruff...ruff.

HOUSE-MADE PRESERVES
Fresh for summer...FROG SONG FARM's famous Strawberry and Blackberry Jams!
Nate and Shannon grow some amazing crops on their Fir Island Farm, we are fortunate enough to have them contract out most of our herbs, potatoes and various veggies for our Occasional Loaves.  Last year we picked up a mess of fruit which has been in the freezer waiting to be canned.  It's done and it's delicious. 

Also-RHUBARB ORANGE JAM, available in limited quantities in mid June.

What better to go with bread than delicious house made preserves!  Depending on what is in season, Old English Lemon Curd, Rhubarb-Orange, Strawberry Lime, Pear Ginger Conserve, Cherry Cabernet, Plum Vanilla, Pumpkin Butter, Peach-Saffron, Fresh Apricot, Spicy Apple Butter and Strawberry Jam with Mint & Black Pepper.

FIG CROSTINI
Our Fig-Anise rolls sliced thin and brushed with a bit of olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

CROUTONS
Great for early summer salads!
Toasted baguette chunks tossed with organic olive oil, fennel seeds, paprika, garlic, marjoram, savory, dill and sea salt.

BISCOTTI
We make 2 types...Almond Biscotti and Cornmeal Date.  They both are delicious.

CRACKERS
Finally!  Breadfarm has crackers, Semolina, Seeded and new! Stoneground Whole Wheat.

ORGANIC VALENCIA PEANUT BUTTER
How can you complain about a bakery with fresh roasted peanut butter.  Organic Valencia Peanuts ground.  That's it. 

AUNT SALLY'S SHORTBREAD
Made in memory of my dear Aunt Sally, who really was famous in our family for these shortbread cookies.  They are perfect, just like she was!

COCOA NIB COOKIES
If you are a chocolate lover, this is your cookie...organic dark cocoa, dark chocolate chunks and locally made organic Theo cocoa nibs in a crumbly light shortbread dough. 

BREADFARM COOKIES
These just kind of rotate through the whim of the baker, some of our past favorites are Fredonia Fig Bars, Cranberry Pistachio, Rosemary-Pinenut, Double Chocolate Ginger Spice, Coconut Cookie, Rum Raisin Shortbreads, Spice Cookies and Lemon Crumiri.  We currently are making real tasty Chewy Coconut Macaroon's and Mexican Tea Cookies.

HAND-MADE GRAHAM CRACKERS
In the summer, sitting around the fire, we always have an hankering for S'mores.  Good S'mores, you know the kind with good chocolate, good grahams and good marshmallow's?  Say no more.  The Marshmallow's are in development, stay tuned for release in summer 2008.  YUM!

VARIOUS PASTRY TREATS
Chocolate Babka's
were a fast found bakery favorite.  These are made with a light brioche-style dough rolled with dark chocolate and baked to perfection.  Dirty Chocolate Cupcakes filled with dark chocolate chunks, cocoa and then loaded with tasty Beets, Carrots and Zucchini (hence the "dirty"...root vegetables).  These are so moist and delicious, you won't believe they have good veggies inside.

SPICED PEPITAS (WHEAT & GLUTEN FREE)
Our baker Sarah inspired this recipe, organic Pepitas (pumpkin seeds) tossed with sugar, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (WHEAT & GLUTEN FREE)
One of our bakers, Caryn developed these after the price of wheat skyrocketed earlier this year.  Thank goodness for all you wheat free folk...these are good cookies and totally gluten free.

WONDER BARS (WHEAT & GLUTEN FREE)
This is the Breadfarm version of an awesome granola bar.  Loaded with toasted oats, sweetened with honey, and chalk full of dates, raisins, coconut, peanuts, flax, sesame and sunflower seeds, they will keep you going for that extra "je ne sais quoi".
