BAKING SCHOOLS    OUR FAVORITE BAKERIES

Well now that we are more than a few years into owing our own business, we are finally able to get away to see what the rest of the world (and country) is baking. 

Always on pursuit of finding great bakeries on our travels, it's fun for us to see what people are doing, who is opening up what and where, and best yet...what they are making.

We're planning a trip to the Bay Area in fall of 2009 to pick up our new oven.  Most people might plan their trip off of national sites or scenic drives.  We're currently researching all the best bakeries, local foods and artisan producers between Sacremento and Seattle to make our U Haul trip that much more lively and flavorful.  Stay tuned.
