NORTH FORK RYE
This is a fantastic deli style rye bread.  Made with fine and coarse rye flours, whole wheat and toasted caraway seeds.  We make this on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday only.

BURGER BUNS (available in Sesame or Multigrain)
Our Sesame buns are hand knotted with light texture, a substantial crumb, sprinkled with a touch of sesame seeds and baked to perfection.  Our Multigrain buns are whole grain and hearty....whole wheat, rye flour and 6 organic grains) with a touch of yeast so its not too dense.

CIABATTA
Ciabatta is a traditional Italian white bread, specifically translated it is a "Slipper" Bread.  Ours is made especially for an Italian restaurant customer, Breadfarm Ciabatta make great sandwiches, brushetta, or table bread.  Light interior, with big holes and full flavor.

CHALLAH
This traditional Jewish celebration bread is made once a week to be enjoyed on Friday's and Saturday's.  A yeasted dough made with organic Skagit River Ranch eggs and Bill's local honey, the Challah could be the BEST French toast ever!

FIG ANISE PANINI
We started these panini rolls for a breakfast treat at the Farmers Market.  Our white dough with organic black mission figs and toasted anise seeds.  The flavor combination is something to be desired.  Available on Wednesdays and Saturday's only.

MONSTER SANDWICH LOAVES
We make these especially for our wholesale restaurant customers, if we have any leftovers, you will be a happy person.  Available in Multigrain, Honey Wheat, Sourdough White, Rye or Farmer.

DINNER ROLLS
Available in Rosemary with Sea Salt, Multigrain, Potato or White

CINNAMON TWIST
Mmmm....This is an egg based dough, sweetened with a touch of honey, and then brushed with melted butter, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, and rolled into a soft, squishy twist.  Eat it warm, toasted, or just rip it apart and enjoy!
